I haven't given this a lot of thorough testing, but it does appear that the subject is right. I think that's why I didn't notice the "you are here" dot when I was using my own client/server. Anyway, take a look at this picture:

Image

The red dot is well above the dialog box. The screen shot is on your server, at my "home" coordinates. Granted, I built the client myself, and packaged it myself, so it might be off a bit, but that shouldn't make a difference, right?

Oops. I never tested it on the small screen size. I bet that is a bug, although it might not be the one that is causing that. If you adjusted any of the sizing anywhere, that would throw it off pretty hard. Unfortunately things are pretty heavily hardcoded in pixels. I'll take a look at it, maybe I can clean it up a bit, since it is kind of a mess.

To the best of my knowledge that's not the small size.

Also, it seems to work fine in the corners, and the middle, but if you stray towards the middle of the edges it seems to have a problem. The dot goes either too far up or too far down. Here are some coordinates I tried:

320 320
320 160
320 30
610 30
610 610
610 320
320 480
320 160

So near the corners or center it seems to work fine. Outside of there it seems to get worse the further you get from either of those points.

Fixed in svn. You were right, I put (x, x) instead of (x, y) at one point, so it only worked where x==y.

Also, I made it colored again.
